Frida

Frida, a noble and strong dog, was found after being cruelly stabbed. Despite the severity of her wounds, she fought for her life with a strength that moved everyone.

  • Rescue:
    Frida arrived at Save Me Now in critical condition. With immediate help from our veterinarian, she underwent surgery, received medication, and continuous medical care to save her life.

  • Time at the shelter:
    Her recovery was slow, but Frida never gave up. Her resilience and sweetness touched the hearts of those caring for her. Gradually, she healed not only physically but also emotionally.

  • A dignified old age:
    Frida remains with us at the shelter. She is an older dog, but her heart is full of love to give. She still waits for a family to offer her a peaceful, safe, and loving senior life.

Tom

He was found on a rural path in Guamo in extremely critical condition. His body was infested with larvae, and he suffered from severe malnutrition that threatened his life. Despite his pain, Tom showed us an inner strength that inspired us to do everything possible to save him.

Kira and Eugenio

Kira arrived at our veterinary clinic with a severe ear infection that was affecting her quality of life. Her pain was obvious, but so was her strength.
Eugenio, a tireless warrior, came to us facing a Transmissible Venereal Tumor (TVT), a serious but treatable condition with the right approach.
